Good, clear communication with the owners from booking, and very helpful in making sure everything was right for our stay. Lots of things in the apartment were broken, for example light bulbs and the lock to the balcony door was very dodgy. There was a cigarette butt on a chair on the balcony. The car park was full of rubbish when we arrived although this was cleaned the next morning.
