“Our flight from Podgorica was cancelled late at night so we booked a room here at the last minute as it’s a 15 min drive away from the airport. The check in process was super quick, however when we got to the room we saw that the bed hadn’t been prepared - no pillows and duvet cover. I think they weren’t expecting for anyone to use the room that evening as it was booked at the last minute, but they should have ensured that the room was fully ready when the reservation came through. “We lived in this hotel for 3 days, but had very bad living experience there.
The hotel is not clean: the smell of sewer filled the whole room when we entered into the room every time . The quilt cover is very dirty, we found the smudge on the side which touch body, then put it on the prominent place of the bed hope house keeper can change one for us, but it shocked us that house keeper just turn the smudge side into inside!!!!!
On the hand, the hotel has big problem on their hot water……
