“We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. I would suggest the hotel to have better insulation as cold air kept creeping through whilst it was already cold. The bed sheet were slightly stained which was disappointing. The main building of the hotel was pretty and the breakfast was just okay nothing spectacular. There was free parking available for those driving. The hotel is a 15/20 mins drive to Mall Road. The staff at the hotel were kind and professional.”

“No way closer to the five star. Room service doesn’t work, bedding is old and probably used 1000 times before you sleep on those sheets and use pillows. Breakfast areas management is worst as it’s hard to find seats and then find waiters. You don’t expect such things in a five star. I would rate it a 2 star if compared to any good hotel chain”

“Me family and I (6 people) stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and our stay was amazing. The best element of the Hotel is the perfect view you can get of mountains right from the balcony. The food was also excellent. The only problem we faced was the internet loss. If you are heading this way I would be prepared for low signal or disconnect with others through the phone.”
