We visited Auckland for my birthday. On arrival I asked for an upgrade. Although the hotel was busy, we were offered a suite for an extra $80 per night. We grabbed the deal and the suite was perfect for our 2 night stay. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Thankyou so much for making our stay special. 😃😉

"There were no extra bed clothes e.g. a blanket & I pulled the duvet inner off the other bed in the room to stay warm enough. The TV would not turn on. I asked at the front desk if it could be fixed and one & a half hours later it still wouldn’t work"
