“This property is in fair condition with some soft spots in the flooring. Furniture is not completely comfortable. The living area is not big enough if you have more than 3 people. We were visiting for a sporting event on the MSU campus, so the location was good for walking even. Kitchen was well stocked. Storage space, especially in the bedrooms, is used more for cleaners' convenience and there is no space to "unpack" and lay out clothes in drawers and feel at home. Closets had 3……

“We had a great stay. The place was very clean, centrally located, near campus which was the primary reason for the visit. The host was very responsive - I had to ask one question and had a response in under 10 minutes. The place was very well stocked with consumables - plenty of paper towels, coffee, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, shampoo and conditioner in the showers, laundry detergent. Most places give you very little, but there was plenty. that was a nice touch. ”

From the comfy furnishings to the thoughtful touches, it instantly felt like home. The location couldn’t have been better. “I had a very nice stay at Brad's apartment. The rooms were clean, the location was convenient (easy quick drives to downtown, grocery store, MSU, etc.), and the kitchen was really well stocked so I didn't have to buy a case of salt and pepper for a short stay. It was great to have a full-size washer and dryer too. Brad's doing some renovation so the outside stairway area is a little bit messy. He just needs to have the contractors do some clean up.
