"The rooms were very clean and had tons of space. The pool was fantastic for my daughter. The cleaning staff however were quite rude about us not being out of the room in time for cleaning at 10 (not our checkout day) I kindly explained we were on our way out for a few hours and only required a few towels and that they didn’t have to worry about the beds that day if they couldn’t get back to our room however it seemed as though I caused her some grief in stating we would be in the room for a few extra minutes. The room was cleaned fine but regardless, speaking to people in a respectful manner will go a long way in a persons overall review of an establishment."

"The staff were great. All the floors could have been cleaner... but I don't think that was because of the cleaning staff for the most part. (Carpet just needs replacing) Yucky stains around the caulking in the bathroom (tub & sink) and under the bathroom flooring. A lot more should be invested in maintenance - for example, Just replacing the caulking would make a huge difference. The beds were super comfortable, and having a little fridge in the room was also great! The humidity was super high... we had a room near the pool area, and would have preferred to be away from that. Overall though, it was a pleasant stay, and the staff were all wonderful."
