“Nice, comfortable hotel close to airport with very helpful and friendly staff. Bed had decent mattress and sufficient pillows. Restaurant provided decent food, well prepared and tasty. Breakfast buffet had decent variety and an egg station for cooked to order eggs. I wish more bottled water was provided. There was only one larger bottle for the coffee pot. Drinking water was in the minibar for a charge. However, I recommend it for travelers staying in Santiago. It is a good value for a……

“The apartment is very cozy.”

“The property was nice however, if they skipped a day of cleaning, there would be bugs in my room, which happened a few times. I had to use so much bug spray for the week that I was there. Absolutely cannot bring food or any crumbs from food in the room or else there would be bugs in there. I seen two roaches outside of the door where you enter the building. The room itself was comfortable in the AC worked. The Wi-Fi was spotty. The bathroom is a little cramped, but function fine.”

“There was an empty bottle of water, water flow in the shower was not good and no hot water, washer needs to be changed the soap dispenser was broken off no where to put the detergent. Had a hard time speaking with the security guard at the gate to get entry to the room. I did not see any shopping attached to the building as mentioned in my hotel details also the Mountain view was seen between buildings not a clear view. No shampoo and soap please bring your own also the kitchen sink has no soap……
