“We can't say enough nice things about this house. My parents, brother and his kids, and my husband and I stayed here for a family reunion. It is a wonderful house. The photos do not do it justice. We really enjoyed having our coffee and breakfast sitting by the lake. The sun room is lovely - we had one very rainy day and sitting there and watching the rain on the lake was very nice. “The house and grounds are absolutely beautiful. The setting is rural and quiet, and the large deck on the back of the house is a wonderful gathering space for family and friends. The kitchen was well appointed with everything that we needed, and the decor throughout the house was pleasing.”

“The property is cozy with 2 bedrooms and lots of light filled areas to hang out. The property is very recently renovated and everything is clean and new. The setting sun gives a great show every night over the lake. The location is easy driving to downtown Jamestown which has some nice coffee (Crown Roasters) and restaurants.”

“Me and a few friends stayed to watch the eclipse. We loved the location - close enough to town to get essentials but in a quiet neighborhood. We watched the eclipse sunset over the lake and it was so beautiful! We loved watching the birds on the property. Our only qualm was the bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan so it got a little humid”

We were there to visit our son and daughter in law who live outside Jamestown and it was a great location, about a 15 minute drive to their house. We had a great time.”

The host’s were fantastic and the house was great, well stocked, clean,and what a great location. Would recommend it to anyone. Our whole family had a great time ages 2-60+. Will definitely go back. “Cute little house perfect for 2 couples. Very clean and well kept. Lake Erie a short walk. Large yard and lovely deck. We stayed there for the eclipse so didn't explore the town. Hosts live nearby and are very nice.”

The only problems were the host didn't get in touch with us about check in procedure until 4pm the night before, web site says 3 days before check in. Also host left paper work for registration saying they would come get it. Never came.”
