“This is a unique hotel in the middle of Chautauqua Institution. We had a fantastic room and thoroughly enjoyed the history and surroundings.”

The house itself is nicely updated and beautifully appointed—everything felt fresh, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. The beds were very comfortable, and the home was stocked with everything we could have possibly needed for a relaxing stay. It was truly a perfect home away from home. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!”

“Just okay overall. Staff not friendly or inviting. I was told no real Easter celebration, such as Easter Egg hunt or Easter bunny for children, but then there was an Easter bunny. My grandchildren were excluded from The event or information was not accurate? I probably would not choose this hotel again. Certainly not the White Inn values from when I lived there with my children.”

“This hotel did not have key cards it has house keys the hotel staff was caught inside my room 3 times snooping while they thought all of us were sleeping in the room scared my kids out of a sound sleep in the middle of the night the first time and then was caught 2 more times while my kids sat awake and quiet scared to death I would not recommend ANYONE stays here especially if the have kids! Very scetchy not safe!!!”
