"The hotel was wonderful. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only issue for my friend was he has disabiliies so the bed was too soft for him he said. It didn't offer him the support he needed for his back but for me it was comfy. I have stayed before and would again."

"Very limited selection for breakfast and it was warm at best. The beds and toweling were clean but the walls and curtains were another story. Tight squeeze around furniture. There are many other choices in Waterloo, we will have to try another one next time."

"Nice hotel. We have stayed here several times and it has always been pleasant. This stay, I found the bed to be a little too soft for me bit my husband loved it! Nice to have the free breakfast in the morning. We also like the convenience to the Market."
