1. Get there and they do not even have our room available that we had guaranteed with purchase….was given a one king bed instead of a fully accessible two queen beds….so two people had to sleep on the floor on an air mattress…and on top of that, they didn’t even have the air mattress, they had to go borrow it from a different hotel because the first one they gave us was one twin size they had and wouldn’t stay inflated!!! 2. Get into the room and it smells gross and extremely musty!!! Had to crank air up and let the room air out. 3. Get into the shower and there are pubic hairs all over the side of the shower. Absolutely disgusting. We brought up our frustrations with the front desk and they didn’t do anything about it. We booked through Expedia/Hotels.com and have to submit a claim through them because they are not willing to give us our money back even though Expedia reached out to get a refund. Terrible service and we will never go back!!

Decent hotel but be aware of scams. The advertised fee for bringing a pet is $25. I was told at the desk that the pet fee is $100. I shared with the clerk the advertised amount and she still insisted it was wrong and that i would need to pay $100. While checking out, the clerk then only charged $25 stating she was going to charge another transaction for $100. I asked for the managers contact. After that, she didnt say another word about it and did not charge the card again. The room was slightly dirty with debris on the floor and trash under the bed. Linens were clean and the HVAC worked fine. Not the best place, but it is ok.

First of all there are no employees at the property. There is NO immediate help. I stayed for four days. I had to call a toll free number and wait for an operator to ask for more toilet paper on day 2 and then never got it before I left. The tv was busted in one of the bedrooms. They text me a code to get into the room, not the building. So after a 15-20 minute phone call I was able to get into the building. The property has approx 50+ 2BR 2BA apts on each floor. There are only 2 elevators right in the middle of the property with 25 apts or more on each side to the left or right. In other words, if you like walking a football field to your room, you’ll love this place. The rooms and bathrooms were very nice (xcept 4 the one TV). Every drawer was labeled with its contents in every room just in case you don’t know where something goes. Oh yea, forget about extra towels - there is a washer and dryer in the apts so you have to clean your own. Don’t forget the detergent because it’s not provided. One more fyi, since your entire stay revolves around the app and no one’s on site to help, if you lose your phone, you’ll never get back in your room again on your own. I hope I’ve been a big help in your decision to stay away from this dreadful place.
