Mar Roukouz Chalets

I had a very pleasant stay at Al Sheikh Suites in Hamra. The staff was absolutely wonderful, very polite, friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The price was reasonable and offered good value for the money. Breakfast was not included, but it was available at an affordable price. One thing worth mentioning is that certain room supplies and personal care items, such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, Q-tips, and other toiletries, need to be requested from the staff, including refills. This was my first stay at this hotel, I found it to be really nice, spacious and comfortable rooms with all the necessary amenities. It is a 5 minute walking distance to the ABC mall in Verdun where you can find nice restaurants, cinemas, and shops, and a 15 minute walk to the sea front where there are also nice restaurants and a beautiful walkway. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The property is very clean' the underground parking (free) is very convenient so as not to rely on street parking; the rooms are quite spacious and the junior suites were very reasonably priced; the welcome fruit plate was a nice touch

I travel for worked and the Wifi connection was great! I initially stayed at a junior suite, which was spacious with an extra closet - it also had two balcony with city views which was nice. The staff was super friendly and accommodating!! The hotel also provided a service where hospital staff come and perform a PCR covid test and bring the results back to the hotel so that you do not need to find a spot yourself and limit your hospital exposure!

Strongly recommended.

Very comfortable place. Their service is exceptional and their location is very convenient; supermarket and salon on the ground floor. 5 minutes away from the malls.

This hotel is conveniently located near a shopping area, just across ABC Mall, 3-4 minutes walk to Goodies Supermarket, and 10 minutes walk to the beach. The hotel itself has a shopping mall and food shops in its ground floor and basement, and it has an elevator and escalator thus making access to these facilities easy. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The reception staff were very nice and made sure I had all what I needed.

Great hotel and fantastic staff!

The hotel is located next to the Levanese National Museum. This prime location means you ll be at walking distance from USJ, Hypodrome, French Embassy, Universite Saint Joseph, Grand Lycee Franco Libanais, Hotel Dieu de France, Les Creneaux sports club, Sodeco Square, and most importantly the very popular and vibrant Badaro street, which is full of restaurants and pubs that are sure to satisfy you. The hotel itself is average in size as it is only 13 floors high. However, it is high enough in...

We reserved two one-bedroom suites for eight nights. Spacious, quiet, tastefully furnished annd adequately accommodating. The best part is the friendly, pleasant and helpful staff from Front desk to housekeeping. No restrictions on visitors is a definite added plus.

Stayed there 6 nights, Excellent location, clean rooms, delicious food, decent prices and very friendly staff. Strongly recommended it!!!

Everything is perfect , clean , comfy , cozy , great location , great service. I would recommend this one knowing that i have tried many other options previously.

Great location with amenities nearby. Parking was easy, and unit was clean and comfortable

Great hotel. Very good staff and close to airport

This is one of the most beautiful hotels in the world but the war and instability in Lebanon has had affected its status.
