Rustic holiday home Villa Ulika on 2 levels, built in 2012 in the resort, with whirlpool, in a quiet, sunny position, 2 km from the sea. The house is suitable for up to 8 people, ideal for families. The house is located in a beautiful natural area, independent and closed. Parktplaetz at home in justification. It is ideal for a stay in an authentic environment for all those who want to experience the rural life without sacrificing the usual comfort. If you came in autumn you are cordially invited to help with the grape harvest or olive picking. Interior of the house: 3-room house, 160 m2 on 2 levels, rustic, tasteful and cozy furnishings: living room 40m2 with satellite TV and air conditioning, internet, exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, freezer, dishwasher). Shower / wc. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (180cm, length 200cm), 1 room with 1 double bed (160cmX200cm) and 1 room with double bed (160cm, length 200cm) 1 bathroom

Information on how to get to Rakalj
If you are heading towards Istria you can go via Buje or Rijeka. From both streets the highway goes towards Pula, when you are at the end of the highway in Pula you have to go towards Labin and the airport.
Then drive to the normal road towards Labin (Loborika, Marcana) and after about 20 kilometers you will come to Prodol and you have to turn right towards Krnica and Rakalj.
Then there are several tables showing the road for Rakalj (Prodol-Rakalj about 8 km).
When you come to Rakalj you will come to a square with a very large tree with stones circling it, that is the center of Rakalj. There
turn left next to the tree, and just about 800 meters, the first paved road to the right. At the end of this narrow street you will find us and Haus Ulika.

Lovely spacious and bright house!!
Met all our expectations and more, fantastic property and owners. Very welcoming and on to it. The house is beautiful and spacious. Very well equipped. Kids friendly. Close to local walks and only 2 minutes ride to the beach! Loved it!!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der freundlichen Umgebung sehr genossen. Das sehr saubere Haus ist geschmackvoll und angenehm eingerichtet, wie auch die Außenanlage mit dem wunderschönen Pool. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die freundlichen Vermieter Magda und Livio waren jeder Zeit erreichbar und haben alles getan um uns den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Die Bootstour mit Livio war ein besonderes Erlebnis. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Eine tolle Unterkunft mit super netten Gastgebern
Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden und besonders die Küche ist extrem gut ausgestattet! Alles ist sehr gepflegt und auch der Pool ist in einem super Zustand. Die Gastgeber Livio und Magda wohnen ein paar Häuser weiter, sind sehr herzlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Sie kümmern sich gut um ihre Gäste, würden jedoch nie unangekündigt auf der Matte stehen. Privatsphäre wird hier sehr groß geschrieben. Einfach eine tolle Unterkunft mit noch tolleren Gastgebern.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit tollen Gastgebern
Wunderschönes, sauberes und geschmackvolles Haus in ruhiger, dörflicher Lage. Tolle Buchten sind mit etwas Zeit erlaufbar, mit dem Auto sehr gut erreichbar. Herzlichen Dank Livio und Magda für die nette Betreuung samt Ortstour. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder umd haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Alles bestens
Schönes Haus mit gepflegtem Pool in einem Olivenhain gelegen, das bietet genug Platz zum Spielen und Erholen. Alles vorhande, was man braucht und noch dazu sehr sauber und gepflegt. Livio und seine Frau waren bei Fragen zu erreichen, haben gerne Tipps gegeben. Der Bootsausflug mit Livio war ein besonderes Highlight! Zum Meer ist es Luftlinie nicht weit. Durch die Höhenmeter jedoch am besten mit dem Auto und dann innerhalb von 10 min 3 verschiedene schöne Strände erreichbar. Einkaufen geht im Ort (zu Fuß 15 min) im kleinen Supermarkt gut, man bekommt alles, was man braucht. Für Fleisch, größere Auswahl an Obst und Gemüse muss man nach Pula fahren. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr nette Gastgeber, umfängliche Einführung in Haus und Umgebung. Schönes Haus, liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gepflegt, sehr sauberer Pool, schöner Garten. Für die Selbstverpflegung ist alles vorhanden, sogar ein Profigrill. Wir war top zufrieden. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage
Einfach ein schönes Haus, der Pool ist sauber und groß, in der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Es gibt zwei Klimaanlagen, die Schlafzimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet und die Betten sehr gut. Livio als Gastgeber ist daneben unschlagbar. Soviel Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit habe ich schon seit Jahren nicht mehr erlebt. Wir werden sicher irgendwann wiederkommen.

Rundum spitze!
Wir wurden super freundlichen von Livio und Magda empfangen und hatten eine tolle Zeit mit der Familie. Das Haus war sehr sauber, gepflegt und beinhaltet alles was benötigt wird. Der neue Pool ist ebenso sehr schön und sauber. Der kleine Einkaufsladen im Dörfchen bietet alles für den kleinen schnellen Einkauf. Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen für Stadt- und Strandausflüge. Livio bietet zudem Bootstouren an. Er ging auf all unsere Wünsche ein und wir hatten einen tollen Ausflug auf seinem Boot. Unsere zwei Kleinen (6 Monate und 2 Jahre) konnten ohne Probleme mit. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur jedem empfehlen.

Toller Ort für abwechslungsreiche Erholung
Wir waren mit 6 Personen für eine Woche in der Unterkunft und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Das absolute Highlight ist natürlich der Pool, welcher im August angenehm warm ist. Man hat tagsüber die Möglichkeit zu verschiedenen Aktivitäten. Man benötigt 30 Minuten in die schöne und sehr alte Stadt Pula und hat dort auch die besten Einkaufmöglichkeiten (Lidl). Innerhalb von wenigen Minuten kommt man an verschiedene wunderschöne Buchten mit sehr klarem Wasser. Außerdem können wir einen Ausflug in den Ort Rabac (40 min) mit seiner Küstenpromenade empfehlen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden gerne wiederkommen.
