From the structure you can also reach the Sant'Andrea beach in a few minutes by car. The Cotoncello beach is a small sandy cove between the smooth granite boulders a few steps from the town of Sant'Andrea; characterized by clear, turquoise waters, it almost forms a swimming pool protected from the winds, ideal for families with children and for those who love tranquility away from the large crowded beaches of the island. An intimate and exclusive area, connected to the busier Sant'Andrea beach, with its bars and restaurants, also by a suggestive walkway on the rocks. Booking the ferry with us will be the best choice! From the structure in a few minutes by car you can also reach the Sant'Andrea beach. Four-room apartment with 6 beds Located in a quiet and secluded area, this apartment is surrounded by the scents and colors of the Mediterranean scrub. The terrace offers a beautiful panoramic view, and the private parking space provides additional convenience. The accommodation, about 60 m² plus terrace, includes a living room with kitchenette, two double bedrooms, and a small bedroom with bunk bed featuring its own little terrace. The bathroom comes with a shower cabin. The main 10 m² terrace is equipped for outdoor dining and offers a charming glimpse of the sea. The house is accessed via a sloped road of about 100 m; the last 10 m are flat but unpaved. The Cotoncello and Sant’Andrea beaches are about a 10-minute drive away. Aug 8, 2022 Liked: Cleanliness, location #### Schönes Apartment mit behebbaren Mängeln mit toller Aussicht Das Apartment befindet sich in einem Dreiparteienhaus am oberen Ende des Dorfes Sant Andrea, mit tollem Blick aufs Meer. Es ist schön und recht geräumig, mit drei Schlafzimmern (das dritte ist eher ein halbes mit einem Doppelstockbett), einer großen Terrasse und einem Balkon, der groß genug ist, dass man darauf schlafen kann (was im Hochsommer der kühlste Platz ist). Wir waren Ende Juli/Anfang August da. Da war es nachts nur schwer erträglich warm. Die beiden Ventilatoren in den großen Schlafzimmern machten es etwas aushaltbarer. Ist mediterran schlicht eingerichtet. Moderne Waschmaschine aber kein Geschirrspüler. Die Anfahrt ist recht abenteuerlich. Die letzten 150m geht es sehr steil den Hang hinauf (beim Schild "Da Giacomino" rechts hoch). Die Einfahrt zur Via del Cotoncello 57A benötigt gewisses fahrerisches Geschick, weil unbefestigt. Wenn man zögert und stehen bleibt, drehen die Räder beim Anfahren im Staub durch. Zum Cotoncello Strand sind es tatsächlich nur 8 Minuten zu Fuß (zurück einiges länger!). Da die beiden hübschen aber winzigen Dorfstrände zur Hochsaison hoffnungslos überlaufen sind, haben wir uns das allerdings nur einmal gegeben. Nicht gefallen hat uns die lieblose und billige Ausstattung der Wohnung: ein sehr wackliger Plastiktisch auf der Terrasse, zu wenig Gläser und Geschirr und das in teilweise sehr schlechter Qualität. Aus den Wänden ragten an mehreren Stellen Plastikrohre, die mit Klebeband geschützt waren und an denen zur Tarnung hässliche Plastikblumengirlanden hingen. Einen Sonnenschirm für die Terrasse (absolut notwendig!) bekamen wir erst auf Nachfrage und dann auch nur einen recht kleinen - immerhin. Es gibt keine Liegestühle für die Terrasse und für sechs Personen zu wenig Sitzgelegenheiten. Ebenso gab es keinerlei Spüllappen, -Schwämme, -bürsten, etc. Auch Grundgewürze, wie Salz und Zucker waren nicht vorhanden. Es wurde auf Nachfrage gesagt, dass das noch mit der langen Pause wegen Corona zu tun gehabt hätte. Fazit: nettes Apartment mit etwas nervigen aber leicht behebbaren Mängeln.
