This is our newest Marco Island Vacay condo. We purchased it in March of 2025, and it's now our 4th rental. Within walking distance to the many restaurants, bars, and shopping in Olde Marco including just steps away from the famous Snook Inn! This condo has a king bed and a pull-out sofa bed. We also provide beach chairs and a small beach cooler, so you can easily enjoy the beautiful beaches of Marco Island. Sorry, NO pets and NO Smoking on the property. Paradise Protection Plan - Our one-of-a-kind hurricane protection plan for your vacation with us! We want you to book your vacation with us during hurricane season and not worry about getting a refund if the storm forecast doesn’t allow you to come to paradise! If there is a predicted storm during your vacation, we’ll refund 100% of your payment. The reality is that most of the time, there isn’t a storm from August through October, but we don’t want the potential for a storm to hold you back from booking, so we’ve created our Paradise Protection Plan to put your mind at ease. We’re the only vacation rentals that we know of making a special guarantee like this, and we know that our guests truly love it!
