Nous avions le loft et l'appartement rez-de-chaussée.Très propre .Bien que nous avions les 2 logements car il y avait beaucoup de vaisselle manquantes, ou pas prévu ? (des verres à vins et de champagne ... 1 ou 2 de chaque Bien pour passer 1 à 2 nuits maximum. Le loft est bien aménagé et sympa avec un petit coin salon. L'appartement le grand cru la douche est avec un rideau ,le mobilier en général pas trop confortable et désuet. "

"Beautiful property in an ideal location! Hard to reach the front desk by phone, I tried 4 times one evening trying to get ice delivered. Spa was fully booked so I was unable to get any treatment, and the communication was an issue there also. I was surprised they charge hotel guests to use the pool and sauna, I’ve never heard of that. Check in was smooth and friendly but interaction with staff ended there. Always 2 employees out front but treated me as if I were invisible. I expect more, especially at those prices. Air conditioning is governed and not very cool in the room because of it."

The breakfast and dinner were outstanding—among the best we enjoyed during our trip through France. If you have the opportunity, book a room overlooking the vineyards. Waking up to endless rows of Champagne vines is an unforgettable experience and one of the highlights of staying here. Parking is excellent, with a large parking area behind the hotel, making arrival and departure easy and stress-free. This is a perfect place to spend a few relaxing days—or even a week—exploring the Champagne region. We would gladly stay here again."
