“A very comfortable and spacious house. It had everything we needed and the location was perfect for day trips in all directions.We also loved the small market and shops in the village.”

“We had a wonderful stay in Montignac-Charente. The apartment is a short walk to the town center and we enjoyed stopping in at the patisserie and the cafe. A full grocery store is a short drive away. Our dogs also loved long walks along the country roads beside fields filled with sunflowers. Our host met us when we arrived, kindly showed us how everything worked, and even gifted us some apple preserves that tasted fabulous on our morning croissants. There was more than enough room for the 4 of us……

“This is a stunning place,beautifuly decorated and spacious, but still in keeping with the old stone houses found in the countryside,it has all that you would need for a comfortable stay,just to mention the bed was one of the most comfortable we have experienced on our tour.The property is totaly private from the main house, with ample easy parking. The hosts were so kind and friendly advising us of places of interest near by. The garden is lovely overlooking sunflower feilds corn fields,and you……

“There's such detail in La Paranthese. Attention paid to every detail of your spa stay from hot tub to stream room to message room (we only used the hot tub). Jimmy and Dorothee (she helps tremendously with English) are awesome. We thoroughly loved our stay and walked to our favorite cognac maker. Please stay here. It is very modern but incredibly LOVE -ly.”
