I liked everything, the stuff very helpful. The amenities more than I expected. very good location, same place of the mall location where you have everything to eat, shop and entertainment. Easy access to the airport and downtown.

Very good hotel, excellent place. I only have one complaint: I've stayed there before and didn't pay for parking. I made my reservation as usual, and at the time of booking it said the hotel had parking, and I've never been charged before. This time they charged me, even though it specifies at the time of booking that parking is not included and is paid separately. Why does it say at the time of booking that the hotel has parking? Thank you.

"Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by unprofessional staff with an attitude. They failed to listen to clients' concerns and needs during check-in. To make matters worse, they called my room 20 minutes later to convey information that I had already tried to communicate during the initial check-in process. This lack of attentiveness and communication greatly impacted my experience."

O estacionamento do hotel é o mesmo do Shopping e fica longe do hotel. Você vai entrar no estacionamento com a tua tag do veículo e vai estacionar longe do hotel. Em dias de chuva, você vai se molhar totalmente, assim como suas malas, e, como não há calçada do hotel até o estacionamento do shopping, você irá caminhar pela rua, pisando em grandes poças d'água, para chegar no hotel. Ao chegar no hotel (molhado), vão te informar que você tem desconto no estacionamento, mas somente se você não usar a TAG e pegar o tiquete na cancela. No geral, o hotel é ótimo! Mas a experiência do estacionamento é muito ruim, a ponto de te fazer desistir de reservar novamente o hotel no futuro.

O estacionamento custa uma fortuna, paguei 77 Reais a diária do estacionamento de Shopping, não entregam toalhas nos quartos e ainda o teto onde fica a piscina está vazando água, tornando o local inutilizável, o café é ok e o quarto tem bom espaço mas o preço do early check in tbm é uma diária, bem ruim para meu gosto. Enfim pessimo custo benefício.
