Beautiful old building. Fantastic location, convenient for citycentre, covered market, canals, buses.. Genuinely friendly and helpful staff. Excellent indian food in the bar, good value

Stayed on Business several times and what makes this Hotel is the ease of check in. Great staff and location.

Hotel is great but there is not enough staff woring at the reception an in the morning/breakfast time at the restaurant there is also not enough staff working which is bit hectic. There are 4 desks at the reception and only 1 or sometimes 2 receptionist are serving customers which make us wait for long. Restaurant is nice. Breakfast time -English basic breakfast is served but lunch time dinner has more to offer. Gym/Spa is very nice and walkig distance to the beach is also great.

Stayed at the Orchid over the bank holiday. We had a heatwave and was thankful the rooms had Air Con! Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. One room very nice, had queen bed maybe that was executive. Other room was a little small and did have some stains on the carpet, needed touching up. Staff so friendly and welcoming. Hotel foyer and bar done very nicely and a pretty courtyard area. Have to pay for parking but it’s a great location and parking is a nightmare in Bournemouth. 5-10 min walk down to the pier. Would stay again
