"It was a really lovely stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Aziz who felt like a family member more than a staff member. Thanks also to Elif and Meryem at reception, the lovely lady supervisor who checked in every morning at breakfast to check if we had any comments or were enjoying our stay and the helpful house keeping staff. The breakfast buffet was varied and fresh, the hotel was clean and very well located, a few minutes walk feom Taksim Square and the metro station, as well as having a lot of other public transport connections and a variety of buses to catch. The hotel was located within a few roads that had limited car traffic and were surrounded by security and police at all hours so it felt safe even when walking home at midnight. Would definitely come back."
