“Noch kein Pool vorhanden, auch kein Fitnesscenter! Das Frühstücksbuffet gab es nur dann, wenn genug Gäste im Hotel waren. Die Internet-Geschwindigkeit bei Buchung war mit über 250mbit/s angegeben, ich erreichte meistens nur 70-80mbit/s. Personal war wirklich top, bis auf eine Einzige Person. Diese war sehr damit beschäftigt zu Lügen, um jemanden zu beruhigen.
Wir bekamen ein Zimmer-Upgrade wegen einer nicht funktionierenden Waschmaschine. Das war wirklich Top.”
