Anniversary stay

We stayed at this hotel for our wedding anniversary and we got room upgrade to sea view room which was amazing gift from the reception. Also we traveled with a baby and baby crib has been provided. Room was comfortable, with balcony, renovated. Fridge wasn’t working very well but we didn’t need it much. Breakfast is nice, there’s everything you need to try Turkish breakfast. The only point we didn’t like that reception gave us only one room key and when we leave room electricity switch off automatically and when you come back to the room- it’s hot and fridge is warm. I asked receptionist for second keys and they said they give only one key and they don’t keep electricity on in the rooms during day and this’s order from the hotel manager. For us it was a bit challenging and I hope hotel management will change this rule and start giving 2 keys per room for such a nice hotel and location.

Oda iyi durumda değildi, televizyon bile çalışmıyordu. Yatak çarşafları buruşuk ve renkleri grileşmişti. Tuvaletin sifonu yerinden çıkmıştı, insanın içine sinmiyordu banyo. Üzerimize örtmek için verilen battaniyeye bir nevresim bile geçirilmemişti ve battaniyeyi sanki herkes kullanmış gibiydi.

Hotels uygulamasi uzerinden deniz manzarali oda tutmustuk. Otele giris yaparken resepsiyon, deniz manzarali oda kalmadigini sadece cocuklu ailelere verildigini ve denizi yan taraftan goren oda verecegini soyledi. Yapacak bir şey olmadigi icin kabul ettik. Asansör de bozuk olduğu için de eşimle birlikte valizleri 5 kat yukari taşıdık. Odanın görsellerle hiçbir ama hicbir alakasi yoktu. Tuvalet koktugu icin tuvaletin kapisini kapatiyorduk cok eskiydi. Otel, musterilerine özel plaj hizmeti veriyor fakat şezlong sayisi az oldugundan bir yarışa donusuyor bu olay. Yer kapamadigim zaman resepsiyon bize; "oglene kadar havuzda takilin yer bosalinca gidip oturursunuz" demesi de nasil bir otelcilik anlayisi ve musteri memnuniyetine verdikleri onemi gosteriyor. 505 numarali odadan uzak durun asiri kotu. Otelde kulak misafiri oldugumuz kisilerden de hep olumsuz seyler duyduk. Bu paraya daha iyi yerler bulunabilir. Ayrica cikis gunumuzde sabah 08:30 da baslayip 12:00 ye kadar kapiya 5 kez vurulup ve iceriden seslenmeme ragmen kart okutup girmeye calisilmasi otelden cikmaya zorlanmak cok saygisizcaydi.

Лучше заранее сообщить о времени приезда, так как отель ориентирован на турецких туристов которые заселяются по прибытии. И если вы приезжаете значительно позже двух часов, то вас могут не дождаться. Я сообщила заранее, что буду в пять и никаких проблем не возникло. В отеле слабовато с уборкой номеров, так как многие туристы живут недолго и у горничных большая нагрузка в связи с выездом/заездом. Поэтому если хотите чтобы номер убрали заранее просите на ресепшн. В целом хорошее соотношение цена-качество. Номера с видом на море. Сытный завтрак с шведским столом. Свои зонтики и шезлонги на пляже. В течение дня на ресепшн в свободном доступе чай, кофе и др. напитки. Мне понравилось. Рекомендую.

Kesinlikle Uzak durun

Uzak uzak uzak durun pisman olursunuz. Otel cok eski ve ozellikle pis oyle bir dus yapilmiski butun banyo sular altinda kaliyor. Kahvaltı ise tam bir rezalet masaya oturdugumuzda masa silinmemisti bile islak mendille silince kara lekeler cikiyordu ve butun masalarin durumu ayniydi. Kahvalti ise rezaletti esim ile iki catal alip arkamiza bakmadan kactik pandemiye uymuyorlar acik bufe devam ediyor herkes kendi oluyor akliniz var ise otelin onunden bile gecmezsiniz.

Despite arriving at 2.30pm we were told our room wasn’t ready. After hanging around for a bit, we were given a room at the back of the building. Dissatisfactory to say the least. We’re a couple and made it known we wanted a double yet were given a twin bed. When we complained they just put the beds together. The room is absolutely tiny unlike the pics. The fridge didn’t work, even if it did I still wouldn’t have used it as it reeked. The tv channels didn’t work, but again even if it did, there is just the one plug socket so you’d have to choose between using the tv or fridge. The telephone wasn’t connected. The view from the balcony was a junkyard. The bathroom was in a shoddy state, generally unkempt, dirty mirror, towels had blonde hair on them. Toiletries provided were a small soap bar, and 2 half used small bottles of shampoo. Curtains were ripped. Difficult to get a comfortable nights sleep as the walls are so thin and everything from neighbouring rooms can be heard. cleaners forgot to replace our towels after cleaning, with no working phone in the room we had to keep going up and down the stairs to speak to reception. It advertises wifi- this is a blatant lie. Wifi only works in the lobby and not the rooms. We made manager aware of the issues we had, he came up and acted surprised about the state of the room, said he’d sort the problems we had, other than putting the beds together and offering a free evening meal on the first day (which didn’t cut it) he did nothing.

Приехали в отель в 18-00, отказали в заселении, так как ждали ровно в 14-00 часам. Приехать ровно ко времени заселения не реально. В итоге не дожидаясь нас, сдали номер другим. В заселении отказали , так как свободных номеров уже не было. Говорят, что звонили и писали несколько раз на эл.почту. Ни одного письма и пропущенного вызова не было. Попросил администратора показать телефон с вызовами - отказался. Пришлось оперативно искать другой отель. В целом отель расположен хорошо, но очень бюджетный. Разбиты и потресканы все стекла входной группы в отель.

Even for a night , total disaster

We are couple and we ve booked a room which has a queen bed in this hotel via hotels.com. However as we arrived at the reception in midnight they gave us a room with separate beds. As I wanted to cancel my reservation, they said they cannot canarl cause they already have taken the money and they cant refund . Also there is no hot water in early day and room was pretty old and not seem clean enough

Nice hotel with some considerations

The hotel is All-Inclusive, however be careful with the reservation as apparently the all-inclusive option is not always available to the room selection. We were surprised on arrival being told that the reservation was not for all-inclusive, however on booking even though the hotel description clearly had detailed all-inclusive information, the reservation wasn't made with that option! So we were charged extra on check-in!! There was no variety of food/snacks/deserts/fruits/salads, almost everyday you will get the same dishes. Also perhaps the main meals would be more pleasant to vegetarians as there was no variety of meat. So after couple of days of staying you will find the food boring. However I must mention that whatever on offer were of good quality and delicious. This hotel serves fresh green parsley and lettuce with every meal 3 times a day which I really loved! The Turkish tea was almost 24 hours brewed and ready for drink which would be quite pleasant for tea lovers. The outdoor pool was very small but not a big issue as the beach is accessible in the other side of the road with dedicated sunbeds and umbrellas. Also non-smokers would perhaps find it annoying as people would smoke everywhere next to you, in the beach, on the table, pool side etc as the area is not big and you would smoke alongside smokers! I really suffered for this.
