The property was nice and the entrance was welcoming. The staff were attentive and ensured the stay was a good as it should be. The issues lay with the housekeeping team and the cleanliness of the rooms. They did not replace tea/coffee amenities or repair elements even once we have complained. Lovely hotel yet could be improved.

Stayed there for little less than a month .people might complaint but hotel is ongoing remodeling which is understandable . House keepers were perfect at taking care of the room .breakfast buffet was excellent.all the stuff were super nice .this was not my first trip and wont be my last for sure

Beautiful grounds with many well-cared-for roaming cats. Rooms are large and showers are very good. There is a shopping mall with many good food options right across the street. The breakfast buffet was large and had many interesting options. Staff was excellent.

The hotel was good, Staff were great - However major disappointment as we booked it due to it having a SPA and a gym (it was advertised as such, and still does) - however when we got there the SPA was being renovated and it completely derailed our plans! We expect some kind of compensation for this, but not had anything from Expedia or the hotel either!

A fantastic location across from Menara Mall and lots of restaurants. Only a 25 minute walk to the Medina. The staff were all brilliant. So helpful and polite. The hotel itself is lovely with spacious rooms and air conditioning is great. I would highly recommend this hotel.
