Recognized as one of the most beautiful residence in Marrakech, with 24-hour caretaker, video surveillance, the roof terrace with a magnificent view of the atlas and the famous koutoubia.

Surface of 81m2 very sunny new apartment, composed of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, modern living room, an American kitchen and a beautiful terrace.

Very dirty place
Pros: the layout was good and the location was great - close enough to the Medina and in a great safe place with numerous restaurants. Cons: the host was late so we had to drive around the block for 25 minutes even though we repeatedly communicated the time of our arrival. The place was very dirty - hairs in the bathroom, oil on the stove, even dirty tea kettle, etc. We really tried to stay away from the kitchen. Bathrooms were disgusting.

Superb property in a great location
This property is great! Fantastic location, brilliant amenities and was just perfect for my 3 day stay. Only 20 minutes from the airport and within walking distance of the Plaza. I will definitely be contacting Simo in the near future to book this place again......highly recommended.

Schöner Urlaub im Herzen von Marrakesch
Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist perfekt. Zu Fuß kann man die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten von Marrakesch erreichen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war stehts unkompliziert und schnell. Sollten wir nochmals einen Urlaub in Marrakesch planen, würden wir diese Wohnung erneut buchen!

Agréable séjour dans la sublime ville de Marrekech dans un logement central et confortable
Bel appartement bien situé et moderne proche de toutes commodités (transport, commerces, lieux d'intérêts...). Chaleureux accueil d'ABDEL qui était à l'heure et répondait à tous nos questions. Propriété à recommander sans hésitation.

un peu déçue
l'appartement en lui même est très sympa et extrêmement bien situé le gros bémol pour nous a été le bruit incessant jusqu'à 3h du matin constaté aussi par abdel notre hôte impossible de dormir sans boule quies. de la musique a fond des meubles qui tirent ce côté négatif a entaché notre séjour. pour les personnes qui ne sont pas très regardantes sur le bruit vous pouvez louer cet appartement car il est super sympa et Abel notre hôte est une personne formidable et très disponible.

O apartamento foi ao encontro das nossas expectativas, em termos de limpeza e conforto. Está situado na zona nova, mas a uma curta distância da Medina. Fomos muito bem recebidos. Tivemos um pequeno problema com o Wi-fi que foi entretanto resolvido. Recomendo sem duvida.

Tres bien situé ..idéal pour visiter Marrakech .tout peut se faire à pieds..des petits restaurants se trouvent à 10mn et on peut se promener dans les rues calmes de l'hivernage ou se plonger dans l'animation de l'avenue MohamedV .!!! L'appartement est lumineux et fonctionnel , très agréable ..une petite remarque : pour des séjours plus longs il manque des torchons , des sets de tables et ..une poele en bon état ... Abdel nous a bien reçu et donne des conseils avisés ..Nous recommandons vraiment cet appartement ..

Excellent apartment in lovely city
Stayed at the apartment for 5 nights. We were picked up and returned to the airport all as previously arranged taking away any worries about getting to the apartment. We were there to take part in the Marrakech half marathon and found the location to be absolutely perfect. The start and finish of the race were within easy walking distance as was the Medina. The apartment itself was excellent with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, balconies to take in the sun and lovely lounge and kitchen area. Unfortunately we did not experience the two televisions as we were out a lot, and the well equipped kitchen was only called in to use for continental breakfasts. Cooking was not necessary as there are lots of restaurants in very close proximity which served superb food at very reasonable prices. We would have no hesitation in recommending the apartment and hope to return ourselves at some time in the future.
