Pros: the hotel in general was very nice and they were friendly and helpful in the front desk. We got married and they fixed decorations for us for free with roses and rose petals on the bed and towels folded to swans. Cons: the hotel room key kept getting demagnetized for me so when getting up to the room I had to go back down at least half of the time to fix the key. Man sagte uns, das sei nicht möglich und das in einem 4\* Hotel. Allgemein wurde beim Bau der meisten Hotels nicht viel überlegt. Wenn man bei 44 Grad die Klima im Zimmer braucht, liegst du meistens in der Zugluft und bist danach krank. Gelijk heeft de medewerker ons een ander kamer beschikbaar gemaakt. Het is voornamelijk de service en de beleefdheid van de medewerkers die ervoor hebben gezorgd dat we nog een nacht wilde. Blijven. Je wordt op elke vlak geholpen. De kamer zijn niet top top maar goed genoeg. Wij hebben een suite gekregen Jame al fna is 7 min rijden. Ik vind douchen en een goed en schoon kamer belangrijk en dat had deze kamer. Ik wil de medewerkers hierbij bedanken voor de gastvrijheid. Het voelde als of ik ze heel lang ken dat gevoel gaven ze ons. Dank jullie wel.
