I would stay here again!

Pros: the hotel in general was very nice and they were friendly and helpful in the front desk. We got married and they fixed decorations for us for free with roses and rose petals on the bed and towels folded to swans. Cons: the hotel room key kept getting demagnetized for me so when getting up to the room I had to go back down at least half of the time to fix the key. The "guardians" on the street can be a hassle if you have your own car because they try to get as much money off you as possible, up to the point that they told the hotel that we hadn't payed them at all (which was a lie)

Outdated overpriced hotel

Outdated overpriced hotel with false 3.5 stars rated and it’s not even 2 stars. I checked out 15 mins after check in and they denied refund. I highly don’t recommend!

Schönes Zimmer, etwas laut in der Nacht voll Verkehr. Lage top Nähe zu CTM und Zugbahnhof. Sehr gutes Restaurant 3 Minuten entfernt.

Also, entweder krank oder schwitzen.

Fijn verblijf

The hotel was nice. After couple hours of being shocked, they realized that they gave us a room that wasn't cleaned. The new room was nice and comfortable, and the hotel was in a great location. One bad thing was the continuous noise due to being at a main street.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very clean. There were some constructions going on, so the pool was quite dirty and unusable because it was so cold. Also a little bit noisy outside.

Personeel erg vriendelijk.

Good price perfomance rato! Really clean, nice rooms and good service. The only 'bad' experience we had was when we were booking an excursion to the desert for 1 night. We had booked a superior tent/camp and didn't get it. After we were back and complained about it we received the extra money back and it was sorted out. All in all it's a good hotel.
