Find All-inclusive Resorts in Marsa Alam

"Amazing for families and children. If you want some great seaside and beach and mainly tranquility, this is the right place to be. DIDN’t like that Expedia booked the trip from Hurghada Airport which is 2hours and 30mins away from Marsa Alam so plz beware of this detail (apparently there are no direct flights from U.K. to Marsa Alam). Food was fine but not excellent (also the buffet it gets very messy at lunch time). Guys from the SPA and Excursions teams literally busted my ears all day long with their packages so get ready to deal with that whilst trying to enjoy your holidays "

"The property is nice looking.I was traveling with my son who I only see every seven months or so and I had asked for a rooms together or near each other, and they wouldn’t accommodate us, Even though I booked the reservation 2 months in advance. We were literally 10 min walking apart. Also, there a dive center frowns on snorkelers. I had a cold and couldn’t dive, and they told me that the snorkeling spots were good and they were terrible, definitely not a place you would want to snorkel. They also have a huge miscommunication with staff when organizing boat trips. They didn’t even have the right head count for the snorkeling people. Also, one guy said we could go one way and the guy that dropped us off made us get in the boat as soon as we finally got to any kind of reef to see anything. They also told us we could go a second time after lunch and just left us sitting. We never got a second chance. The snorkelers were treated like second class citizens. If there are any problems at this hotel they just blame the booking company, ie expedia or hotels.com. They take no responsibility for their mistakes and are rude. I took a diving refresher course my first day and the guy was in a hurry just yelling at me when I couldn’t equalize my ears. They have huge groups of divers doing offshore dives it’s just chaos in the hot sun on the beach trying to get your gear ready and lifted on from the sand. "

"i face different problems with ny stay my booking downgraded without my request and i altrady paid for the full service. the marine on the sea not working so i can't swim on the see and i get different injuries because of that. the animation team was nice "

"* It is not permitted to swim in the Hotel' Beach due to corals. So u have to walk to a nearby public beach to swim under yr own responsibility!! This what hotel wrote on beach!! No privacy or safety at all at the Public Beach due to visitors coming from outside.. * Staff are seeking tips for everything they do even for normal room cleaning.. They are not trained at allll ( loud voice, speaking in non descent way about guests, don't respect guests and leave them waiting in queue at dinner and say don't bother, let them wait!!, staring at guests especially on beach.. Etc) * The Chef was sitting with his family on the pool with the uniform * Food is tooooo bad, tasteless.. Snacks is only bad pizza everyday on beach.. They mix juice powder with water and serve u a cup of colored water at breakfast and dinner.. Fresh juice is sold for 4 - 6$.. They also offer any drink for the all inclusive guests with charge after 12 am!! * Animation Team don't exist on beach, only at the pool.. One day they didn't make a night show and offered a party just for guests who pay 10$ and prohibited others to enter 🙄.. * Rooms are old and need renovation. "
