Appartement bien placé par rapport au port de Cassis et centre ville avec belle vue sur cap Canaille, néanmoins celui-ci a fortement besoin de travaux de peinture, réfection électrique et de vérification des appareils de chauffage, HS dans la salle de bains et difficilement réglables pour les 2 autres convecteurs. Les 2 canapés/lits du salon sont trop larges et ont une assise très inconfortable nécessitant de caler plusieurs coussins dans le dos. Am Tag der Schlüsselübergabe konnten wir schon gegen Mittag in die Wohnung.Alles war sauber und gut vorereitet. Der Empfang durch den Freund war freundlich. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Wir haben den Balkon mit dem rollen Ausblick auf den Canaille sehr genossen. Das Schafzimmer und das Badezimmern sind sehr klein,die Tür zum Schlafzimmer lässt sich nicht ganz öffnen.Trotzdem konnte man dort gut schlafen,der Raum war nicht zu warm.Die Lage ist optimal. Man kann zu Fuß in die Calanques oder Wanderungen zum Hafen oder Canaille unternehmen. In wenigen Minuten ist man an der Hafenpromenade mit vielzähligen Restaurants oder am öffentlichen Strand. Das Auto steht gut verschlossen hinter dem Tor.Leider fanden wir an einem Abend keinen freien Parkplatz mehr. Für zwei Personen ideal. Alles in der Nähe. Das Auto steht sicher in der Anlage. Das hat den Vorteil, dass man schnell zu Fuß zu allen Restaurants und Geschäften sowie zum Strand ist. Sehr vorteilhaft ist es,dass man einen Parkplatz in der abgeschlossenen Residenz hat.Leider ist es wegen des Verkehrs manchmal laut, deshalb ist es ratsam, die Balkontür nachts zu schließen. Für ein Paar ist die Wohnung gut, für weitere Personen ist die Schlafcouch nicht so bequem, da etwas durchgelegen. Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr eng, da das Bett den ganzen Raum benötigt. Das Bett ist aber gut. Insgesamt kann ich die Wohnung sehr empfehlen und die Vermieter sind sehr nett, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit.
