Die Zimmer sind wunderschön und hochwertig ausgestattet, alles ist makellos sauber und im gesamten Hotel herrscht eine unglaublich angenehme Atmosphäre. “5 Sterne Hotel, das jeden Stern verdient. Sehr sauberes und schönes Hotel. Sehr zuvorkommendens und freundliche Mitarbeiter, außergewöhnliches Frühstück und tolles 5 Gang Abendessen in Halbpension enthalten. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Wenn wir wieder nach Krk fahren, buchen wir sicher wieder im Riva.”

“Wir hatten fünf Zimmer gebucht, jedoch hatten sie nur eins für uns reserviert, da überbucht und wir mussten zu fünft in einem Zimmer übernachten. Sie waren lösungsorientiert, jedoch nicht ganz mit der IT vertraut.”

“No AC is one thing, but no fans, no air circulation, dirty bathroom with broken facilities. Staff were drinking and smoking outside instead of helping at the very full counter. Parking is a nightmare. Refused a refund or credit. We left and ate the fee. ”

“Had a nice stay at the hotel- cute, quaint and very central to everything in Krk town. Breakfast was very good at the restaurant below and we ate very well while in Krk. We enjoyed our balcony attached to the room very much. However, we asked for assistance, needing a taxi and we’re assured it would arrive in the morning and it did not. No one knew about the taxi request at the restaurant reception, and hotel staff weren’t available. The restaurant staff tried to help us upon departure. We……

“The location is amazing right next to the water”

“The hotel was easy to find on the main road but access to their car park is from a private road through a barrier. The entrance to this road is some meters along the road in the direction of the town. The ticket from this barrier was cancelled by the hotel. The hotel car park behind the hotel is on a slope and large. A short walk from the hotel through some trees brings you to the Adriatic coast. The hotel is slightly dated but is being worked on. The room was clean, sparse on furniture but……

“Dette sted er meget anbefalet, vi forlængede opholdet, både pga hotellet som er fantastisk, men også området. Perosnalet er noget at det flinkeate og mest hjælpsomme vi har mådt på vores rejser. Hotellet er småt og hyggeligt og skal opleves.”

“Located right at the start of the Jadranska Mgistrala, this is a great place to start a trip on the iconic road. The rooms are basic, befitting of the communist era building, which retains its original charm. Lovely breakfast included. Staff all very good. I would stay here again.”

“Room was ok, I thought I reserved a full size bed but I found two singles. No big deal though. The carpet in the room was well worn out. Probably good time to replace it. The staff though was great, especially Igor, very nice person and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent and the parking was tight, very tight. I did not expect a 5 star resort when I booked, so overall 4 stars are appropriate. The best part of all was the location. Fantastic.”

“Room was ok but a little tired. Balcony had amazing view but you had to stand up to see it properly as bottom half is covered in. Very small bathroom. But functional. Breakfast was acceptable. More fruit would be nice. We got told off in a very aggressive way because we took 2 bananas out to eat later on. Made to put them back!! We don’t eat much at breakfast and like to have some thing mid morning. Plenty of people take too much and leave it to waste on the plate. ”
