Sehr zuvorkommendens und freundliche Mitarbeiter, außergewöhnliches Frühstück und tolles 5 Gang Abendessen in Halbpension enthalten. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Wenn wir wieder nach Krk fahren, buchen wir sicher wieder im Riva.”

“My fifth stay at this hotel and it is a very enjoyable experience. Although the food is in buffet form the standard is very high. The outside dining terrace has splendid views. The new wing adds a third swimming pool which is indoor and outdoor. All pools are heated. The main language used in the hotel is German.”

“Room was ok but a little tired. Balcony had amazing view but you had to stand up to see it properly as bottom half is covered in. Very small bathroom. But functional. Breakfast was acceptable. More fruit would be nice. We got told off in a very aggressive way because we took 2 bananas out to eat later on. Made to put them back!! We don’t eat much at breakfast and like to have some thing mid morning. Plenty of people take too much and leave it to waste on the plate. ”

“We have spent total a week in this hotel, but didn’t like the hotel conditions and parking arrangement. For me the worst part of the stay was the parking arrangement. The parking spaces behind the hotel were very limited so we had to park our van 10 mins away from the hotel. The parking area doesn’t seems to have any security and the gate was open. Walking in the hot weather like 37-38C was mad. Basically it was not very convenient travelling with children youngest is 1 year old and oldest 74……

“I found the bed full of ants. I was sleeping and when I opened the eyes, there was full of ants on my charms. They change the room without any help for the dresses. They don’t refound nothing for this problem.”

“The property is large with lots of rooms and the wait for elevators can be very frustrating. Everything in the room was functional and clean, though there were quite a few stains in the carpet in the room and hallways. The property is in a good location and they have a nice coffee shop downstairs. Breakfast was included with our stay and there was plenty to chose from at breakfast given it was a huge buffet. “The owner was kind enough to put us in the apartment, since it had not been rented out for the night we were there. The place was very nice, clean, and had good amenities like a little kitchen, washing machine, and couches. The owner reached out to make sure they would be home when we wanted to check in-very friendly! The views of Rijeka and the sea were stunning from the lovely patio area. That was the main reason I picked this location, and I just wish we would have been there for more than……
