“This was our second trip to Italy and stay at Andrea's property. Everything was provided as described and has almost became our second home. Andrea answers questions quickly and we hope to be back!”

“This was a perfect home base. It had every amenity for cooking and relaxing in the evenings, close to shops and restaurants. The train station is a 5-minute walk. The prosecco road is literally minutes away. Cortina is about an hour's drive. The hosts met us and gave us the rundown, and were just a text away if we needed anything. We would stay again.”

“The apartment is part of an historical villa with easy access to the downtown area (20 mins walk). It is very close to a grocery store, a pharmacy, a pizzeria and the best ice cream parlor in Belluno (all three minutes walk). The apartment is on two floors with bedrooms in the upstairs area. Two of the bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom. We had a pleasant stay except for the lack of a washing machine, the fact that the WiFi does not reach the second floor ( the walls are so thick in these old……

“Lovely and spacious apartment. The shower with all its nozzles was awesome, and is worth a special mention. The elevator in the building was very convenient, especially when we were bringing up our luggage. The parking spot we were able to use was a huge bonus -thanks! The location was very convenient - it was right next to city hall and to a fabulous bakery (where we purchased delicious freshly baked treats each day), and is only steps from a park, the train station, restaurants and stores. “Tolle Wohnung, sehr sauber, sehr gut eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht um sich wohlzufühlen. Klimaanlage und Waschmaschine ebenfalls vorhanden. Sehr nette Vermieter, die einem gute Tipps geben. Tolle Gegend, wo man wandern kann, kulturelle Angebote findet, die Natur und auch das Essen genießen kann. In der Wohnung gibt es Infomaterial, um tolle Touren planen zu können. Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt!!!! Danke an Pierpaolo und Nadia”

“We stayed in a flat on the third floor (one bedroom and a gallery with a sofa and TV). The children (age 4 and 9) slept on the gallery, and they enjoyed it. Although it was the top floor, it was not warm at all (the weather was quite warm, July 2018). We felt that the apartment was furnitured and decorated with care and love, with family photos and authentic, local stuff (eg. curtains with embroidery). Also, we received a welcome package with local mineral water and maps or the surrounding area.……

“I was looking for a remote and quiet location of some sort and came across the Casera Pian Grand and I'm glad I booked our stay here. We met with Tania who was so kind and helpful, and shopped at the local co-op for groceries and used the grill the Casera has. I loved waking up to the beautiful Dolomites right in the backyard with the sun peaking thru the clouds and the smell of cool mist air. This stay and location was my favorite out of my 2 week Italy trip. I cant wait to come back to this……
