“Upscale spotless room with beautiful clean furnishings and comfortable bed. Very quiet too which is what we asked for. The pool was spotlessly clean and bright and water temperature was sooo beautiful and warm. No pool towels when we arrived at the pool but after a quick phone call to the front desk, the problem was resolved. It is obvious that this hotel takes environmental awareness seriously. Blue bins in the room and refillable bathroom soap dispensers (the shower gel bottle was empty……

“This hotel is not clean. I lived there for two nights. I asked the front desk for house keeping; I also hanged up the sign of refurbish before 10am, for more than 24 hours, according to their instructions. No one came to clean my room. There is hair in food in their restaurant. And also dark marks on bedding linens; I feel itchy sleeping here. Too expensive for such experience. I don’t recommend it.”
