"We were here for a kids tournament and the pool was basically an ice bath. The kids were so cold they couldn’t enjoy it. The hot tub wasn’t functioning so it was a huge bummer after picking a hotel with both amenities. Our room smelled strongly of rubbing alcohol and gave everyone a headache. We will be picking a different hotel the next time we stay in Saskatoon."

"Times are tough and there are more and more homeless people however it appears that the security was doing their job."

"The room was clean. The area of the city quiet. The pool deck is due for some maintenance but totally still usable. Most times we have been there the staff do struggle to keep the pool towels stocked."

"Room was absolutely great we go the themed under the sea, pool was closed quite a bit for cleaning which kind of sucked for us. "

"No toiletries provided, face cloths were like sand paper. Paid extra to have an extra guest stay in the room yet no pillows or blankets were provided. Staff were helpful and efficient with bringing these items up to our room when requested!"

"Great hotel, close if you are using the Prairieland grounds. Room could have been cleaner, one sink tap almost broke, mirrors not really cleaned. But the check in staff is patient and friendly. I had called down for more coffee at 7 am, she told me she was the only one on staff, but still brought us up coffee to our room within less than 5 mins. Kuddos to the staff!!"

"We stayed one night with two of our children. The room seemed outdated. Couched were very used. Our room smelt like there was a party in there the night before as it stunk like stale beer. I did report it to the front desk so they put a note on file and gave me a small pk of chocolate. There was lots of kids staying in the hotel, which was ok, I’d rather hear kids having fun then adults being intoxicated. Breakfast was ok. The pool was busy but ok. The slide is super fast. The hot tub was very warm, which was good. "
