Nice room, very clean. Most services were not offered, housekeeping, valet, laundry. Food was low quality. Staff were friendly.

When we got to the room the door was stuck because the hinge was loose. Once we got settled a housekeeping employee came and tried to just access the room without knocking. Apparently we got to the room before the room was ready and was missing towels (which it was). We were came to the breakfast bar at 8:30 there were items that were not available so we had to sit and wait for the food items to be cooked and brought out.
