I initially had high hopes for a good stay. However, things started to go down hill beginning with the parking lot. There were at least 3 shady looking men in lurking near the doors that led from the lot to a crossing bridge to the hotel which made us feel unsafe. Then, it needs to be mentioned that there were at least 4 or more spots we walked past in the garage that had dried semi dried puke we navigated around. Once we settled in our room (which was very nice) we went down to eat. After ordering and several minutes going by, the waitress informed me they didn't have Linguini Sauuce so I had to make another selection. Now to the real gripe. Our room was next to a series of 3 elevators. Every time one of them moved it sounded like strong wind blowing through a Crack under a door. Since we weren't able to sleep, even with the earplugs we travel with. I called the front desk to as for a room change. The lady said no. Because they were all sold out. Politely I called BS knowing the parking garage was close to empty as were the restaurants and hallways throughout. Also. Many tables in the casino were closed. And many slot machine seats were empty as well. Here it comes...the lady said in a confrontational tone that all she could do is refund my money and go stay somewhere else. My advice is to go to Bally's next door. Awful experience
