The beds weren’t made, only one bed had a single sheet. Called front desk and were told they DID NOT have blankets for the beds! Was never offered a different room or any type of accommodation. The wall paper was peeling in the bathroom and there was only one towel and a single washcloth for 2 guests. We had to check out after 1 night a find different accommodations because of the offensive way we were treated for the remainder of our trip! We have been coming to this property for over 20 years and we were deeply disappointed. We love Shreveport but sadly will never return to ballys.
