Great staff, wonderful amenities, adorable decor and great area. Would stay again!!

We stayed in a Tuesday night just passing through bc the rate was great. They appeared to be short staffed as there was always a line with few clerks. Also room was lacking in extras like coffee, cream, hand soap. I also heard others ask for these items as well as towels.

The property and room were fine. The breakfast was slim. The main issue is the hotel charged my credit card after I had paid Expedia for the room 5 days in advance. I had a 40 minute chat with Expedia and another 20 minute phone call to resolve the issue. The Expedia agent told me the hotel had charged Expedia’s virtual card for the room, but the hotel couldn’t see it and charged my card too. That is totally unacceptable, and should have been between the property and Expedia. Maybe next time, the hotel will contact Expedia and actually solve the issues and not make it my problem. I am giving the property benefit of the doubt that they weren’t trying to scam me. Barely.

I really enjoyed my stay. My room had plenty of space and was very clean. The hotel is really charming.
