“La publicidad de hotel es engañosa porque no es un hotel boutique y es un hotel Máximo de dos estrellas ya que los servicios son pésimos, toallas viejas y rotas, faltan cobijas para las camas, el baño no tenia ni si quiera manijas, la caja fuerte no serví, pedí comida y cuando baje e de la recepción dormía, la ubicación es pésima ya que está enfrente de una avenida donde hay mucho ruido eso sin mencionar que a un lado del edificio que es muy viejo por cierto están construyendo por lo que es……

I chose it especially for the location, because we were leaving on a cruise the next day and booked it 6 months in advance. I felt ripped off. Somebody obviously paid more than us at a last minute. If this wasn't the case why wouldn't the hotel contact me well in advance?”
