Good communication by email. Arrived at 6pm, and key was on the door of the office, but info on how to contact staff was in the room, if needed. Nice location. It is an older motel that could use some updating.

Important to pay attention to whether you are booking Northside (no lake view, street view) or lakeside. We had very noisy neighbors during our stay, screaming, swearing. Police came. The lake is beautiful, boat use is a great plus! You have to request to have your room cleaned during your stay.

Would never stay here again. Wondered if my car would still be there in the morning. Booked based on Expedia rating….fell far below that!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Reserved 2 rooms, One had no issues the other one had minor issues. There were small stains on the sheet, like dribbled coffee. you could tell the sheet was washed, just never used any kind of stain remover or was never seem during wash. Walked down to the front desk he did not seem bother or annoyed by the request for a new sheet. They called housekeeping and it was taken care of right away. Breakfast on the other hand as with so many motels is not even worth the walk down. Toast, small donuts, tiny muffins and some fresh fruit.
