“An hour before check in, we received a message that they needed to change our stay to Mark's Retreat instead of the Oakleaf Treehouse, due to something happening with the septic. They said they would give us a free night in the Treehouse for the inconvenience. I called and spoke with someone the following day explaining that the entire purpose of the trip was to stay in a treehouse, and that it was our 27th anniversary. The entire trip was ruined because the purpose was the treehouse. The person……

“The service we received from OhioPyle Vacation rentals was excellent - good information both by email and in the notebook provided. It was missing information about the state park that would have been helpful. The condition of the property was very disappointing: first it appears this was a double wide trailer which was not disclosed in the information. The improvements needed were many, including: peeling pain air vents needed replaced, Inside the kitchen cupboards the shelf paper was VERY……

“We had a great 3 night stay on Foundry St. We went to visit our boys at WVU for Easter weekend. We were right at the end of high St and it was a perfect location. We walked to the Iron Horse for dinner and our kids could walk down and see us. We even cooked Easter dinner together on Saturday night. It was nice to be to have space to spend time together. We will definitely stay there again!”

Location is convenient to many tourist sites. We, however, spent most of our time comfortably relaxing, reading and reminiscing old times (grew up in this area). Host communicated well.
