"We really enjoyed the cottage. It was super quiet. It wins the most pillows award in our month-long travels. Easy walk to town and hiking trails. We even had a BBQ one night. Great views as well. Staff was extremely helpful with local bus directions to Sorrento - glad we listened to them and did not drive."

"Our room was spacious, clean and towels etc were changed twice each day. The balcony had an amazing view of Capri. The staff were incredibly attentive and really helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, they even provided a wrap for my wife when the weather turned cold one evening. I used the gym each day and whilst the equipment was basic, the gym was quiet and there were adequate weights, mats and running machines. The sauna was also great to go in after the gym. Breakfast each day was great. Very fresh, good selection and again, nothing was too much trouble. My wife is gluten free and they made her bread and cousins fresh each day. Whilst the journey into Sorrento is a 20 minute drive, the hotel offered a free private shuttle that ran regularly. Most times, we had the shuttle to ourselves and we used this service several times. The hotel is incredibly quiet and relaxing and if this is what you are looking for, I would highly recommend Relais Blu. We would definitely stay again. "

"This was definitely our favourite stay while being in Italy. Service here has been incredible. Room got upgraded. Breakfast included is always a bonus. Location has been so nice. It’s about 100m away from bus stop that takes you into to sorrento town. Which was perfect for us. We booked a 12 person boat tour to almalfi and positano which I highly recommend. Other day we took ferry out of sorrento to Capri. If you have time to do one of each.. do it. During the time we stayed here it was a bit chilly but they have a pool which I’m sure during spring summer and early fall is amazing. This place is definitely 100/10. "I can’t say enough about this property and the amazing staff that always went above and beyond to help Us in any way. Whether directions, calling cab or ferry companies. The free shuttle into town was amazing and always on time with easy schedule. They used what’s app and I could ask them anything and they answered in timely manner. And above all the view was the absolute best. It sat up on top of sorrento with the stunning view sorrento, the bay of Naples and mount Vesuvius. Outstanding hotel. We will definitely be back "

"Before arrival the staff was texting me inquiring about arrival and would we be dining at the restaurant. We chose to, and glad we did, more on that below. Upon arrival we got a bit confused, as Waze had us going one direction and the Parcheggio signs suggested another. I called the WhatsApp number and within minutes Danielo, staff member, was at our car directing where to check in. Excellent service! Parking which happens to be a top concern of mine, especially with a rental car where damages are costly, was excellent. There is a gated lot near the lodging area. The Jr. Suite that we rented had an amazing view of the Mediterranean and a beautiful patio area. The accommodations were great and the room was clean ad spacious. Also has good AC to keep cool. The dinner options were plentiful and delicious. Some of the best food we’ve had since arriving in Italy. The Cod was the best fish plate I’ve had in a long time. My wife loved the chicken leg plate. We are so very glad we chose to dine at TerrraNova. To wrap this review up; Yes I most definitely recommend staying here. It has been a wonderful experience. The owner is very attentive and courteous. "
