The room was clean and comfortable and extremely centrally located. 10 min walk from the bus station and 2 min walk from the main square where all taxis were. The only thing was that you are only given 1 room key card and if you lose that you get charged 50 euros or if you forget the key you need to call the person in charge of the front desk to let you in. “Salvatore was wonderful. He was kind and met us on the lane as we were walking toward the hotel and took my luggage from me. He recommended three wonderful restaurants. The only issue we did not understand was the breakfast. It was never offered to us and we never saw anyone using the breakfast room. “Lovely history to the building we stayed in of which part of which was the hotel. Felt very safe. Luca, the host was great and made us feel very welcome. Very easy walking access to all the local shops and restaurants including the marinas and ports. The private garden was very tranquil. The pool looked stunning but the water was quite cold so not the best for a leisurely swim. No hesitation in recommending this as a place to stay in Sorrento. Felt very safe ”

“A tastefully decorated mini apartment in the middle of Sorrento. Excellent hosts with strong communication and they even arranged a bunch of free snacks and drinks for us which were waiting in the room on arrival - a real nice touch and u expected. Overall the room is a tad tight, so it was crammed with 2 large suitcases, but no different to most of Europe! The location and quality of the room more than made up for this. ”

While the room just has a fridge and kettle, we also had access to a communal area for breakfast and simple meals (microwave, toaster oven, and dishes (no cookware). “Melody is a great little BnB located in a building complex about a block or two away (5mins walking) from the main street in Sorrento. The hosts were wonderful and kind - we reached out to them beforehand and we were greeted by Michael at the front door. The facilities were clean and there is breakfast available in the morning. The actual hotel is located on the 4th floor of the building, and you must go to the back entrance of the building in order to enter. ”

"Very nice and quiet environment. Room is clean. It would be nice if they can put some hooks in the room for hanging things, as there are no rod or hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels. Although not in Sorrento, transportation to Sorrento is convenient with 2 Euro per trip shuttle bus, takes about 10 minutes to Sorrento. Overall satisfactory and good price."
