The main entrance leads to the first apartment, featuring contemporary furnishings on the first floor in the two light-filled double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom. The hallway, leading to the staircase to the ground floor, opens to a rustic open-space kitchen with access to the patio and the Mediterranean gardens. The ground floor also features a spacious living and dining area with comfortable sofas and lounging furniture. To the right, a pathway throughout the villa leads to the other unit, which features, on the left, a fully-equipped traditional kitchen with a pizza oven and a dining area. The patio connects to two separate double bedrooms through a hallway, each with an en-suite bathroom and modern comforts, providing access to the panoramic terrace with lounging furniture for unwinding and relaxation. To the right, a vaulted stone path entrance leads to a separate living area with a double sofa bed that seamlessly blends rustic and modern furnishings, with access to the patio and the garden.

Outdoors: Villa Mimosa features a main gate entrance with available parking facilities. A stone pathway guides guests through the Mediterranean gardens, olive groves, and al fresco areas throughout the property. To the left, the garden extends to the pool area, furnished with sun loungers, where guests can relax while enjoying the stunning views. Sant'Agata Sui Due Golfi is a mere 2.5 kilometers distant, while Massa Lubrense is 5.3 kilometers away, and Sorrento is a convenient 14 kilometers away.

Should you intend to use one of our villas or apartments for any type of commercial use, such as photo shooting or filming, please inform Feeling Italy of this at the time of booking. Such use will be allowed with Feeling Italy's written consent. Events, weddings, wedding receptions, or large gatherings on Feeling Italy's properties without written permission are not allowed unless specified in the description. Services provided by external suppliers, such as private chefs, and catering, among others, are not permitted in Feeling Italy properties. In such cases, you will be asked to pay an extra fee for your event or service.
Any wood ovens available on Feeling Italy's properties can solely be used by the professional pizza chefs provided by Feeling Italy. Please contact Feeling Italy to enquire about the cost and availability of this service on the property of your choice.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Standard check-in time is between 3 pm and 10 pm. 
In case of flight delays or any unforeseeable inconvenience while traveling, please contact our office or the property contact. Late arrivals are managed for an extra fee. 
Check-out time is 10 am. 
Early check-in and late arrivals are subject to availability and subject to an extra fee.

TOURIST TAX

Some of the Municipalities where Feeling Italy villas are located apply a local tourist tax. The amount of this tourist tax is calculated according to the number of nights of your reservation. It varies depending on location and must be paid directly by guests before arrival, or on arrival.
