La Loggia is a large and luxurious apartment located in a beautiful, completely renovated eighteenth-century building, reachable in a few minutes on foot from the famous square, but at the same time immersed in the silence of a quiet pedestrian lane.
The apartment, furnished with period furniture and equipped with every modern comfort, consists of three bedrooms and three bathrooms, a huge living room, a large kitchen with an eternal area equipped for breakfast and above all a spectacular loggia. surrounded by huge arches that overlook the sea of marina grande, the camoanile of the square and the mountain of Anacapri.

Luxurious!
What an amazing property with views of the sea. Nice and close to the main piazza without too many stairs. Simona the property manager was excellent! Can't say enough about her. She was so helpful and responsive. We enjoyed spending time in the spacious villa and terrace. It was a pleasure to stay there.

Beautiful and spacious Capri apartment
This space was beautiful and the terrace was spacious with breathtaking views! The host was very responsive and even personally met us to show us the space. Everything was clean and as pictured. The location can’t be beat - close to main square for shopping, and a taxi stand for traveling elsewhere on the island. We loved Capri and can’t wait to come back again!

When we arrived the apartment was not as clean as we would expect - pubic hair on toilet seat, shower was dirty with grime, microwave dirty, dishes in dishwasher, house dusty and dirty, scuff marks from suitcases on the floor. The Second bedroom has two beds but they cannot be separated therefore not a twin. We acknowledged this was part and parcel of bookings but when we attempted to shower there were water issues - hot water took 15 mins to get warm then the hot water ran out within one shower, when I messaged her she said this is common on the island as many people shower at the same time? Then our second night further water issues - after arriving from a day at the beach and two of the four of us showering there was no water at ALL, all taps not running hot or cold water - again I called Simona, who said it is an “island issue” and suggested we use garden water or knock on neighbors with a bucket for water - really! There were many issues with Simona - late check in, late responses, no responses & excuses Would like this property removed from Expedia. And we wish to put in a formal complaint Justine & Raymond Hughes

Beautiful Capri
We had a wonderful weekend in Capri! The villa has incredible views and is convenient to the Piazza and Farnicula for easy access to the marina. Simona was very responsive to our needs and helped us with reservations for restaurants and beach during our stay. We loved it!

Amazing Rental
You CANNOT go wrong with this rental. The location is amazing. It’s close to everything. It is easy to get a taxi nearby to go down to the marina. The manager was easy to get ahold of and answered any and all questions. The view from this property is unreal. I plan to return to Capri and will 100% rent this property again. I HIGHLY recommend this rental

Adult Family stay ages 21-84
We stayed 4 nights on Capri, 7 adults ages 21-84. The property of beautiful and great spaces for relaxing. 3 beds were set up for my adult children in the foyer which was a bit rough for them (sun shines in early in the morning) but no one complain. The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect. The best part of our experience was Simona. She bent over backwards to make transportation arrangements, private boat tours, restaurant reservation, anything we needed.

Amazing terrace!!
This property is in a perfect location for shopping/eating/sightseeing in the town center and is also very close to the funicular to come and go to the port. The apartment is very spacious and the terrace is huge with amazing views. The kitchen was very nice to have, we really enjoyed making breakfast and coffee and enjoying the view from the terrace. The supermarket was also very close which was very convenient. The property manager, Simona was an absolute pleasure to work with. To be honest, she really made our stay wonderful. She met us close to town and walked us to the property while giving us directions to the supermarket, restaurants, etc. She also helped us with restaurant reservations at some fabulous places and transportation to/from Capri. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Simona! We really enjoyed the entire experience with this property and would highly recommend the property to anyone.
