"8:15 pm I received a call from the front desk and I replied we would have been there by 8:45. Upon our arrival at 8:45 we were asked if we wished to have dinner at the hotel. We replied affirmatively and we were told rather abruptly to hurry up because the kitchen was about to close and to go immediately to the restaurant area without even going in our room… the waiter and the rest of the staff were very polite and absolutely amazing was the young Indian lady that was there for breakfast. Unfortunately the lady, probably the owner, that was at the reception was rude beyond words. "

"The Villa Bavaria is one of the best hotels in which I have ever stayed. The rooms were excellent and the service was incredible. "Lovely attentive staff. Unloaded luggage at the rear of the hotel and with help of great directions parked across the river in the secure underground parking at the Thermal Baths. Easy 5 minute walk back to the hotel lobby. Great spot!!"

"Amazing! Was there 2 nights and still didn't experience the whole place. Will absolutely come back! Highly recommend the stay and the food was divine. I would recommend brushing up on your German as there were few English speakers (though those that did were very accommodating) and signage was not very direct. A must see/stay! "
