“The private pool and the room were beautifully set up, the atmosphere was amazing, and the service was great. The breakfast menu was also really good.”

“The furniture are old. There were wood lices found. No hook in the bathroom. No USB port installed. The toothbrushes were broken. The breakast restaurant was chaotic and messy. Food was not refilled fast enough. Not enough escalators, waiting time for escalator was long. ”

“I stayed one night prior to flying home. Hotel is walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and the beach. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, but fairly basic by western standards. Overall a good value for the price. If I was wanting to stay and see Sanur Beach there are other hotels closer to the beach, a little nicer, but at a higher cost. ”

“First time staying at this small boutique hotel. They made us feel like part of the familly immediately. The service was impecable and the all you can eat breakfast superb. The location right on the beach ticked all our boxes.”

“Can’t recommend Sanur House enough, we absolutely loved it 😊 we were made to feel so welcome, a home away from home, has to be one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed, the staff were so friendly, full of smiles, Ketut was such a lovely happy man, the morning breakfast was excellent, great way to start the day, and the pool, oh boy did we need that pool in the heat, if your thinking of staying here, you will love it😊”

“Excellent, very quiet and comfortable and clean. Short walk to the beach about 3-5min walk, really good food options in walking distance, the breakfast option they have at the hotel is actually a continental breakfast at a small cafe near the beach they just give you vouchers to take there for it, I tried it and I actually recommend to have breakfast at the sports bar across the road from the hotel instead as better food options bigger portions and value for money, the continental breakfast……

“也許是因為三年疫情的關係，入住的客房熱水器損壞，但是櫃檯人員馬上安排我們去另一間客房洗澡，隔天熱水器也已經修好，飯店也提供我們免費一次SPA補償，在整體的服務態度上良好。”

“Spa was amazing had the best facial And partner had the massage package. Pool was lovely and cool. Good amazing, we tried a lot of it. Nice and quiet for a some rest and relaxation. Will definately be back”
