"The staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They were always smiling! The air conditioner in our room was leaking water onto the floor on our arrival. We reported it and it was fixed immediately. The tv did not work but on reporting it, it was replaced by another. The tap in the wash basin was extremely loose but was attended to after we reported it. The room was very clean and the housekeeping staff did a very good job!"

We had some wonderful lunches and dinners at Byrd House. It's easy to walk through the hotel onto the beach path for walks with lovely sea and beach views. Close to shopping, restaurants and transport. I can highly recommend Segara Village Hotel"

Staff were not overly helpful, although restaurant staff were excellent and attentive. Rooms were not ready at check in time, leaving us waiting a further hour in the lobby. Would not stay here again. Was a little on the expensive side, so was expecting a little more. Restaurant breakfast was good and location is handy."
