“Great hotel, very close to the metro but so quiet couldn't hear it at all. The guesthouse itself was gorgeous, the attention to detail was brilliant. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. A perfect place to stay in Matosinhos.”

“Room was not thoroughly cleaned, no one was at check in so I had to wait 30 min and call 4 times for the owner to send someone down to hand over the keys. There was a mildewy smell in the room. Motion activated lights kept turning off the in bathroom so I had to keep waving my hand around every 30 seconds. Decent amenities for a hostel but I couldn’t really take advantage of them with just a one night stay. The low price may make it worth it but not a great stay by any means. ”

“When booking this room it indicated there was a 24 hour reception. However when I got to the hotel in the evening, the door was locked and no one appeared when I rang what looked like a buzzer. It was dark and there was a photo on the door indicating that a sister property was 100 metres away. I could not find the other property based on the photo provided. I eventually found it after wondering down the wrong streets. The instructions on the door should have read to cross the intersection……
