For shared use: property 1'170 m2 (fenced) with lawn 200 m2, trees. Terrace (16 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 600 m, supermarket 3.5 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 750 m, pebble beach 6 km, concrete beach 6 km.
