In the hamlet Jurdanići 150 m from the centre of Jurdani, 3 km from the centre of Matulji, 7.5 km from the centre of Opatija, in a quiet, sunny position, 6 km from the sea. For shared use: property 1'170 m2 (fenced) with lawn 200 m2, trees. Terrace (16 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 600 m, supermarket 3.5 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 750 m, pebble beach 6 km, concrete beach 6 km. 3-room semi-detached house 70 m2 on 2 levels. Living/dining room with 1 sofabed (100 cm, length 200 cm), open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), cable TV and air conditioning. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC. No heating option. Terrace 14 m2 partly roofed.
