"This chalet is a bit nicer than is advertised. The beds are comfortable and room to hang clothes and spread out your suitcase. There is also a living room with a couch and two chairs and a fireplace. The market down the way has firewood and we were able to have a small fire on a cool rainy evening. The proprietors are very personable and after an energetic introduction to the chalet and property, they left us with privacy. We felt almost at home. My wife and I would highly recommend this property if you're wanting to stay in this part of Ireland."

"Beautiful property over looking the Atlantic Ocean and islands to the East. The hotel was clean, quiet, peaceful and staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were very spacious and up to date. Breakfast was lovely, featuring a full help yourself buffet with more items available than you can imagine. The walking paths near the ocean are clean and clear making it easy to enjoy a nice walk after dinner. I will definitely recommend and will be coming back on my next trip to Galway."

"We stayed there one night on our way from Doolin. There's mostly accommodations in that area and Glasha Meadows is conveniently near town. We texted our host after we were done with The Cliffs of Moher. She met us out front and took us to our unit. Easy. Our unit had three comfortable beds and was clean and cozy. Nice bathroom. Some other little touches like a comfy sofa and a skylight that had a cover so no bright light at dawn. Our host was friendly and had good recs for places to eat, Sean Moc!, and coffee. "

"This was a beautiful location near Doolin. We thought it was much closer to walk to town, but it was too high up the mountain to walk there and back. But a 5 minute drive was fine. Also, it may be that we are Americans but we didn't know how to use a lot of the appliances in the house correctly and couldn't find instructions, but a quick text to the host was answered immediately."

"Deirdre and Greg were very nice, attentive and helpful. Especially when our son’s car couldn’t get past a fallen tree in the storm and Greg’s local knowledge helped him get around it! Great breakfast and loved the tea, coffee and cake available anytime."

"We had a wonderful time at The Stone House! I especially loved all the artwork inside and out in the garden. We enjoyed a couple meals at O'Donohues and explored the Burren and Ballyvaughan. Our stay was April 1-4 and it was COLD... I wish we would have gotten more supplies to keep a fire going the entire time we were in the house because the upstairs was quite cold! But the beds were cozy so we slept well. My only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer! :) "
