“Property is beautiful, pool was great, casitas were cozy. We had a lovely time and will definitely return. We had a few hiccups but staff was accommodating and very prompt with fixing the issues. The first hiccup was the breaker blew, they were very prompt in coming out and flipping that for us. “This was one of the best stays we’ve had in years. Immediately after checking in for our one night stay we looked around and requested a second night and the process was seamless. Wendy greeted me in the office and made check-in and the adjustment so simple. We met Vinny (the maintenance/cleaner) and he was the most polite, helpful and attentive hotel worker we have ever had the pleasure of meeting on a trip. The rooms were cozy, super clean, and the access to the river was an added bonus....
