Our overall stay here was good . If you are hoping to save money with their continental breakfast this is not the place to go . Only a few muffins or pastries and oranges for . Second day they had juice apple and orange . Coffee was very cold which was even more disappointing. The area was ok had to get let it the building from the desk or use your keycard to keep the people in this area out . McDonald’s Was across the street which was handy for breakfasts with all our kidlets . The kitchens were very small the oven in one room Was brand new but burnt what we cooked in it and didn’t cook the other stuff . Very few dishes to use but we were smart and brought disposable plates and cutlery . The fridge was also small So don’t buy food for a few days at a time if you are planning on eating there as the freezer space in the mini fridge was. Wry small and iced up . The staff were very friendly .

Our room on the 6th floor was nice! Big soaker tub and lots of space. The internet was slow which was a tad challenging but all good. Be sure to go to Gratitude Coffee just across the parking lot (not affiliated with the hotel).

It was a quiet and cozy stay with a great location with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby within walking distance. Miles and John we're very helpful with the sign-in process. Will definitely stay again when we're back to Edmonton

Once we got inside our room, we were welcomed with nice window outlooking downtown. Bed is clean and tidy, we love how we had options between soft and firm pillows. Optional bathrobes to be used without extra charge. And parking was easy and free. We were worried at first if we needed to pay but its only pre- authorized and they’ll give it back once you check out the hotel. We love how it is underground secured parking lots especially being in Downtown. We’ll definitely come back!
