“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Whare. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable and the decor was beautiful. It was also extremely well equipped with everything we might need for our stay. Annie our host left us with a very generous and delicious hamper for breakfast, we would highly recommend it.”

“The checking in was frustrating we arrive at one o’clock now one in office so came back at 2 o’clock now one there so phoned told she won’t be far. Half an hour later 4 customer waiting the lady finally arrived. Not a good look.
There was 2 of us stay for 3 nights. Only one lot of toiletries in the bathroom and on the second day asked for more toilet paper. Sorry you have to pay for more.
These could have been a small cost to the Resort for people who are stay more than one night.

“It was a good 1 night rest stop for our drive from Queenstown to Christchurch. The cottage is charming and clean. The beds are comfortable and we had a very good night’s sleep. Love the peace and quiet of the area. It was a rainy day otherwise we would have stayed outside to enjoy the night sky.”
