We had to get 3 different keys in order for our door to work. After that, the A/C unit the room was extremely loud and we had to transfer to another room. No weights in the gym and only one treadmill worked. Dust on all the vents and furniture in the room.

The Holiday Inn clerk told me I should not use these booking sites. It seems to me she was right but definitely had an attitude that was not helpful. Expedia resolved the problem but 2 hours to do so is unreasonable.
