The building is modern and the apartment is spacious, but the furnishings are run-down (broken blinds, loose plumbing) and the place was not cleaned well. The floors are sticky, the bed linens feel and smell dirty, and air vents smell of cigarettes.

The Holiday Inn clerk told me I should not use these booking sites. It seems to me she was right but definitely had an attitude that was not helpful. Expedia resolved the problem but 2 hours to do so is unreasonable.
